Shopping is easy at Liquor Control Solutions. We have designed
our website to be very simple to use. View the items on
the left hand side and enter the quantity of the
item you want on the right. When you have completed
shopping, click the Submit and your order will be sent to
our Ordering Department. A Liquor Control Solutions
representative will contact you to go over your payment
method. We accept Visa/MasterCard,
American Express.
At Liquor Control Solutions, we do our best to provide the most
accurate and timely information on our products and
services. Due to the fact that our site uses a very high
degree of electronics automation, software, and human
contact, it is possible that an occasional error or errors
may appear on our site. In the event of such error(s),
Liquor Control Solutions has the absolute right to disallow any
transaction by a user of the Liquor Control Solutions business
or website, in which Liquor Control Solutions would be
adversely affected. That may include the cancellation of order(s) placed with our company, as well as the
cancellation of an order(s) following its shipment and/or
receipt by our customer(s).
We reserve the right at any time to collect from customers,
the value of any amount(s) received unjustly due to errors
or omissions on the Liquor Control Solutions, products
shipped in error or otherwise.

Shipping Fees:
A flat $20.00 shipping fee is charged on all orders up to
$500.00. Orders over $500.00 or any special orders you will
be contacted by customer support in regards to the shipping
fees. Please ask your sales consultant for more details. Due
to the nature of these products any cancellation must be
received within 24 hours.
Special Orders:
Special order items typically take longer to receive than
stocked items, as they are often shipped directly from the
manufacturer to you. Delivery may take anywhere from 1-2
weeks in some cases. Please ask your sales consultant for
more details. Due to the nature of these products any
cancellation must be received within 24 hours and no returns
are permitted.
YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED:
If for any reason you are not satisfied, any item may be
returned within 15 days from the date of purchase for a 100%
refund. After the 15 day period, a 20% restocking fee will
be deducted from the total refund amount. An RMA number
(Return Material Authorization) must be received prior to
returning any equipment or supplies by calling our customer support
number prior to returning an item. All products must be
returned in new condition and in its original packaging to
receive a refund. Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the shipper. The returned items MUST be in
100% original condition and in original packaging. The
refunded amount will be issued in the form of In House
Credit with Liquor Control Solutions. Your In House
Credit can be Applied towards any new purchase or
out standing invoice. For orders placed in error, the cost
and responsibility to ship the product back to Liquor
Control Solutions shall be that of the customers. |
