Out of all the questions we hear regarding liquor control systems, most of them fall into two or three groups.

Why Liquor Controls?

Q. My liquor costs seem to be in line, why do I need control?

Answer: Why not? Every other aspect of your establishment is under control. Food presentation, chair and table arrangement, work schedules, etc. It only makes good fiscal sense to control your beer, liquor and wine! Every drop in liquor cost (depending on your sales) may mean the difference between staying in business or not! Think about it in these terms. Would you allow your cook or server to make the final decision on how many shrimp to deliver on a plate? Or a cook to change the ingredients in a signature recipe, or your butcher to cut and wrap and charge you for a steak without using a scale? Of course not, then why should a bartender be allowed to do the same? Kind of puts it in perspective, doesn't it?

Q. What will my customers think?

Answer: Our experience is that customers love it! They realize that they are about to get a perfect, consistent drink every single time. People expect to get exactly what they pay for… ever been served a glass of wine half full and the next glass three quarters full? How did you feel? A full beer is a full beer… the difference is this. The beer that was poured is now rung into the register! Or just the opposite, a drink that is too strong? The most successful companies in the Untied States know the key to great customer service is delivering a consistent product to their customers keeping them coming back for more!

Q. Is the system easy to operate?

Answer: Yes! Professional bartenders love the system because they no longer have to memorize drink recipes, when they were poured and who they poured them to. Many say that they enjoy the fact that they are no longer being micro-managed behind the bar and they can concentrate on building relationships with your customers. The software is intuitive and easy to understand. This allows you to make changes when you want, price changes are a snap.

Q. How much does it cost?

Answer: One of the things that make AZBAR unique is that we have so many different products that can be scaled to fit your operation therefore you can spend as much or as little as you want depending on the type and amount of control you need. A typical well with 100 bottles, cash drawer and POS terminal runs about $279.00 per month. If you add beer heads to this well, they run about $30.00 each per month. One of the beauties of the AZBAR system is it is the ONLY POS/Liquor Control System that actually adds dollars to the bottom line paying for itself over and over again!

Q. Can I Finance it?

Answer: Yes! Over 85% of our equipment is leased to our customers. Leasing offers you the advantage of installing a system for usually just the first month's rental payment down.
