Here's How It Works...
Select the cocktail on the keyboard of the AZ 200 and place the glass under the cocktail tower. The system will simultaneously pour the exact portions of each of the ingredients into that cocktail including juice and soft drinks in under 3 seconds!

If the required liquor is not available on the tower, the system will allow you to complete the recipe by pouring manually with our programmable pourers. If the wrong bottle is picked it will not pour! 

This is the product that many high volume locations are using which are offering their "signature" specialty shots and drinks.  Although we have noticed the tower now being used in new smaller locations where they do not have a full time bar staff ,  but want to have a  full service liquor bar. By using the tower, waitresses can literally walk up and touch a button and pour a perfect drink!
