What is Wi-Pour?

Wi-Pour is a revolutionary BRAND ID dispense system. That consists of electronic spouts that are linked wirelessly to a control unit or our Point Of Sale Software.

The spouts dispense an accurate predetermined portion and transmits it back to the control unit or a POS station. Thus reducing shrinkage and wastage!

What sizes do the spouts dispense?

The spouts can be programmed to dispense up to any 4 portion sizes you choose, which can simply be selected by placing your finger on the touch sensor on the side of the spout and select one of the predetermined sizes like a shot, double or mixed drink, keeping in mind that size #1 is set to be your default or most common size. Each portion is customized based on your needs to suit your venue. 

How does it work?

The spouts are a feat of micro engineering which we call AAC, Automatic Angle Correction. This amazing patented  Technology is designed to adjust to the flow of the liquid with micro pulses dictated by the angle of the bottle. Incredibly clever and remarkably accurate.

How long will the batteries last?

The stand by time of a spout is an exceptional 3 months or around 6,000 pours, in that time what takes the power is the constant contact with the wireless base not the dispensing! The system will report on individual battery status. The spouts take just 2 hours to be fully recharged. This is done with a remote device that sits on the spout with a magnetic connection. This device will charge 3 spouts before needing to be re-charged it’s self.

What about cleaning?

Cleaning is a simple process, another device is sat on the spout as before, this opens the valves and leaves them open. The spout can then be flushed through with warm water. The device will then close the valves when re-engaged.

What if a spout is unable to communicate or is out of range of the control unit?

The spout will buffer the dispense data until it makes contact with the control unit, it will then transmit all the data held. This is ideal for table service or  temporary bars set up out side. The signal range is 1000-1200 feet in ideal conditions.
